What is DBM INSTITUTE?
DBM INSTITUTE is a registered society dedicated to providing quality computer training and skill development programs across all 33 districts of Assam. We operate through a network of authorized District Centres and Local Training Centres.
Is DBM INSTITUTE a government organization?
DBM INSTITUTE is a registered society under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. We are affiliated with various government authorities and our certifications are widely recognized for employment purposes.

Courses & Admission
What courses are offered?
We offer a wide range of courses including CCC, DCA, ADCA, PGDCA, Tally with GST, MS Office, DTP, Web Design, Hardware & Networking, and various skill development programs like Tailoring, Beautician, and Electrician courses.
What is the eligibility to enroll?
Eligibility varies by course. For basic courses like CCC, a minimum of Class 8 pass is required. For diploma courses like DCA/ADCA, Class 10 pass is needed. For PGDCA, a graduation degree is required. Please check individual course details for specific requirements.
How can I apply for admission?
You can apply online through our
Online Registration page or visit your nearest training centre. You will need to provide basic personal details, educational qualifications, and select your preferred course and centre.
What is the fee structure?
Course fees vary by program. Certificate courses start from ₹2,500, diploma courses from ₹5,000, and advanced courses are priced based on duration and content. Visit the courses section on our homepage for detailed pricing. Installment payment options are available at select centres.
Examinations & Certificates
How are examinations conducted?
Examinations include both theory and practical components. They are conducted at the respective training centres under the supervision of external examiners. Students need a minimum 75% attendance to be eligible for examinations.
What is the passing criteria?
Students must score a minimum of 40% marks overall to pass. Grades are awarded based on percentage: A+ (90%+), A (80-89%), B+ (70-79%), B (60-69%), C (50-59%), D (40-49%).
How can I verify my certificate?
You can verify your certificate online using our
Certificate Verification portal. Enter your certificate number or verification code to get instant verification results.
How do I download my admit card?
You can download your admit card from the
Download Admit Card page by entering your registration number. You can also access it through the Student Login panel.
Centre Operations
How can I open a training centre?
You can apply to open a training centre by filling out the
Apply for Centre form. Requirements include adequate infrastructure, qualified instructors, and agreement to follow DBM INSTITUTE guidelines.
What support do centres receive?
Authorized centres receive complete curriculum, study materials, digital management system, examination support, certificate issuance, and ongoing technical assistance from the organization.
Who monitors the quality of training?
District Centres conduct regular inspections and monitoring visits to ensure quality standards are maintained. The Head Office also conducts periodic audits and reviews. Centres are rated on infrastructure, teaching quality, and documentation.
