Registration & Approval Process

Step 1: Submit Application

Fill out this form with your proposed DBM ID, set a password, and provide all required details.

Step 2: District Verification

Your application is forwarded to the respective District Centre for verification and physical inspection of your proposed location.

Step 3: District Forwards to HO

After successful verification, the District Centre forwards your application with remarks to the Head Office for final review.

Step 4: Head Office Approval

Head Office reviews the verified application. If all terms & conditions are met, the centre is approved.

Step 5: DBM ID Activated

Upon approval, your DBM ID is activated as your login username, and you receive an Authorization Certificate.

Step 6: Centre Launch

Login to the portal with your DBM ID and password, and start admissions with full support from the organization.

Minimum Requirements

  • Infrastructure: Minimum 500 sq. ft. space with proper ventilation and lighting.
  • Computers: At least 10 functional computers with licensed software.
  • Internet: Broadband internet connectivity (minimum 10 Mbps).
  • Furniture: Proper seating, tables, whiteboard, and projector.
  • Staff: Minimum 2 qualified instructors (graduate with computer knowledge).
  • Location: Easily accessible area with good transportation connectivity.
  • Investment: Adequate initial investment for setup (varies by location).
  • Agreement: Willingness to sign a 3-year agreement with DBM INSTITUTE.
  • Compliance: Must follow all operational guidelines issued by Head Office.

Terms & Conditions

  1. The applicant must be an Indian citizen, aged 21 years or above.
  2. The applicant must possess minimum Graduate qualification.
  3. The proposed centre must have minimum 500 sq.ft. dedicated space for training.
  4. A minimum of 10 computers with licensed software and broadband internet is mandatory.
  5. The centre must employ at least 2 qualified instructors approved by the organization.
  6. The centre shall follow the curriculum, fee structure, and examination pattern prescribed by DBM INSTITUTE.
  7. The centre must maintain proper records of students, attendance, fees, and examinations.
  8. The authorization is valid for 3 years and subject to annual inspection and renewal.
  9. DBM INSTITUTE reserves the right to revoke authorization for non-compliance.
  10. The centre must display the Authorization Certificate prominently at the premises.
  11. Any misrepresentation of facts in this application will lead to immediate rejection or revocation.
  12. The applicant agrees to periodic inspections by District and Head Office representatives.
  13. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Guwahati, Assam.

DBM ID Format: Your DBM ID must be exactly 12 digits. The 9th and 10th digits must be 00.
Example: 271546120045
This DBM ID will be your Centre Login User ID after approval.
12 digits, 9th & 10th position must be 00
